BROTH IN BOWL.jpg

What sets Sisters Broth Apart

Sisters Broth is the only Broth on the market that is completely gelatinous. You will have to scoop the broth out of the jar as its completely gelatinous. Because of this you will need to dilute the broth. 12 ounces of gelatinous broth will give you 32 ounces of drinkable or usable broth. So if your recipe calls for 4 cups broth, you would add 12 ounces of sisters broth to 20 ounces water.

TAKE NOTE: Authentic bone broth is typically gelatinous in texture due to the collagen and gelatin released from the bones during the cooking process. This gelatinous quality is a sign of a well-made, nutrient-rich bone broth that has been simmered for an extended period of time to extract the maximum amount of flavor and nutrients from the bones. The gelatin also gives the broth a rich, silky mouthfeel and helps to support gut health and joint function. If a bone broth is not gelatinous, it may not have been cooked long enough or with enough bones to fully extract the collagen and gelatin, resulting in a less nutritious and flavorful broth.
